I am reminded of the breakthrough in cycling, where in the 1990's we began focusing on recovery instead of on the breaking down of muscle tissue. Yes, a new mindset - of great service to athletes, to humanity - anyone adapting the new information.
More to come. Until then, lighten up, allow yourself to heal yourself. Focus less on DE-construction and more on RE-construction, reconstructing a New Earth as/qua New Energy/New Consciousness.
